Under your Microsoft 365 account, select Server Settings. Right-click on your Microsoft 365 account and select Settings. Place a checkmark within the box next to each of these folders: "Drafts | Deleted Items | Sent Items". Right-click on your Microsoft 365 account and select Subscribe.
